We keep this short. Here is what happens to the information you give us on this site.

What the booking form collects

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your neighbourhood
• The service you’re interested in
• Anything you choose to write in the notes box

You only need to give us a phone number or an email, whichever you prefer us to use. After you send the form, you are taken to a short thank-you page on this site.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your request, arrange a walkthrough and send you a written plan and quote. We don’t use your details for anything else, and we don’t sell or share them for advertising.

Who handles it

• When you send the form, it goes through our form service, Web3Forms, which emails it to hello@swabbed.ca. That address forwards to the owner’s inbox. Web3Forms may keep a copy for a short time.
• This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site.
• The fonts on this site are served from our own site, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service when a page opens.

Cookies and tracking

We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to reply and, if you become a client, to look after your home. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

To see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us, email hello@swabbed.ca. We’ll reply within one business day.
